Abstract

Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahmengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswaProgram Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik.Jenispenelitiansurvey analitikdenganpendekatanCross sectional.Teknik sampling purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sampel Penelitian yaitu mahasiswa semester VIII Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik yang telah mempunyai pengalaman kerja maupun yang belum, dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Teknik analisa data independent sampel t-test. Mahasiswa Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik sebagian besar mempunyai kesiapan kerja dalam kategori baik yaitu 48,9%, pengalaman kerja sebagian besar kurang dari 12 bulan 73,3%. Ada pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik dengan p-value 0,000< 0,05.Ada pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik
